The Universal Market Scanner is a next-generation analysis tool designed to bridge the gap between Daytrading (Second-by-second moves) and Swing Trading (Daily trends). It uses a normalized mathematical engine to make every stock comparable, regardless of its price or typical volatility.
Normalized Average True Range represents volatility as a percentage of price. A stock with 0.89% NATR typically moves 0.89% in a day.
Use Case: If a stock moves 2x its NATR in one hour, something significant is happening.
Measures how far the current price is from the "Mean" (Average), in units of Standard Deviation.
Use Case: Z-Score > 2.0 is "Statistically Extreme". Z-Score > 4.0 is a "Black Swan" event.
The dashboard is organized into four interactive zones known as the "Dynamic Grid".
This is your command center. It lists stocks hitting our algorithms in real-time.
1m %: Pure percentage move in the last 60 seconds.5m %: Cumulative move over the last 5 minutes. Essential for detecting trend starts.RVOL (Relative Volume): How much volume is trading compared to normal?

The scanner uses Yahoo Finance as a data source. If STALE appears, the API may be temporarily rate-limited. Wait a moment — it refreshes automatically.
Yes! Add symbols to your watchlist (purple button, top right), then switch the scanner Source to "My Watchlist". The scanner will track exactly those symbols.
